Jill guides alumni and clients on all aspects of career management and leadership development, including personal and career assessment, goal setting, planning & strategy, intentional action, and accountability.

Jill is a Kellogg alumna and certified executive coach with a focus in career strategy & management and leadership development for professionals and executives across industries.

She is committed to helping professionals be great leaders, have a bigger impact, and feel great about what they do. Clients appreciate Jill’s support in striving to reach new heights by getting out of their own way. She believes in helping them embrace their strengths and the unique value they offer to be their best, most authentic self, both personally and professionally. This, coupled with a commitment to ongoing development and intentional action, are the keys to getting the best results and achieving their goals.

In addition to coaching Kellogg alumni and other clients individually, Jill leads virtual and on-site leadership and career management workshops for Kellogg alumni in Chicago and Evanston. She also leads her own Executive Coaching business, The Possible Life, Inc.

As a consultant and technology services professional for more than 20 years, she has led projects, teams, functions, and organizations, including serving as Executive Director for a non-profit. Jill delivers value through enhanced clarity, focus, and action to generate measurable results. Her personal and career experiences have provided a unique perspective on — and passion for — career and life.

Jill is certified as a coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Institution. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
