Sarah Hyche, Kellogg Alumni Career Coach | Kellogg School of Management

Sarah is a leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach, advising alumni and other clients on leadership and career strategies.

Her clients include executives and managers at financial services companies, internet and software firms, marketing agencies, consulting firms and entrepreneurial ventures. With clients in transition, Sarah counsels on a range of topics including self-assessment, effective search strategies, networking, resume and cover letter optimization, interview preparation, job offer negotiation and decision-making, new role onboarding and recent promotions.

Most recently, Sarah served as senior vice president of leadership development at Bank of America, delivering executive coaching and onboarding, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the Global Marketing organization. Over the past 20 years, she has held senior strategy, marketing and product management positions across a range of industries and organizations including Bank of America, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications, Vignette, Excite@Home, Kaiser Permanente and Accenture.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management. She holds her coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Sarah lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and children.
