Mergers and Acquisitions addresses the fundamental questions pertaining to corporate control as well as strategic and organizational considerations that arise when corporations change ownership. Topics covered include the motivations behind mergers and acquisitions; valuations models and legal aspects of domestic and international transactions; activities leading to negotiations; and organizational, HR, and operational issues related to integration.

Enterprise IT Strategy, Governance and Leadership is designed for executives who are interested in strategic IT issues or participate in decision-making that affects IT. It focuses on the effective management of capabilities generated from IT, rather than the systems themselves.
